FYI. V3.5.0 of cygwin1.dll is a "dev" version. The current prod version is 3.4.6
https://www.cygwin.com/git/gitweb.cgi?p=newlib-cygwin.git

So recommended version should be 3.4.6 and not 3.5.0 .
