@Tom It is detected as "Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows". In the title of the GUI it is called "Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics - DLGDIAG for Windows".
All the other tools from Western Digital have a WD at the beginning. -
@Anselm I think that is the longest name we have in the database so far...
-
@Tom "clsid2 Media Player Classic - Home Cinema (MPC-HC) (develop)" is longer. It is designed for WD Harddrives. Is
"WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics" too long? -
Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics - DLGDIAG for Windows clsid2 Media Player Classic - Home Cinema (MPC-HC) (develop)
If these are the correct names, then it is fine. I certainly prefer shorter names, but guess some projects and vendors are fine with the longer ones
VulnDetect can handle fairly long names, can't remember the limit, it just isn't very pretty depending on your screen resolution. -
@Tom I prefer WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostics
-
