SecTeer CARMA is found on my system in the following folder:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\SecTeer Personal Carma\secteer.exe
Errors:
- The installed version is not detected (the text ? is shown)
- For Carma there is no app-icon shown

Cool, now I see the app icon and also the installed version 0.6.1.1 is detected correctly.
The issue is solved
