Automatically Pause Inspection (Silent Mode)

It would be very useful when VulnDetect would automatically Pause the Inspection when full-screen applications (like games) are running.
So the user has enough resources for his game but does not have to pause the inspection manually.My virus-scanner has such an option and when I start a game, then the "Silent mode" is automatically activated.
