[Implemented] Show updates for Portable Applications
-
VulnDetect should also list Portable Applications (applications that can be executed without installation) and also offer updated for Portable Applications.
I have many Portable Applications, like:
- Mozilla Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Opera
- System Explorer
- Notepad++
- … (many other smaller tools)
-
If you plan to list portable applications you should show the text "(Portable)" behind the application name, like:
- Firefox (Portable)
- VLC media player (Portable)
This way users see what applications are portable and what applications are installed.
